C-3 Immigration and Refugee Protection Act Certificate and Special Advocate Recorded Votes
This bill had three recorded votes. The initial recorded vote was at Second Reading on November 26th, 2007. It then went to a concurrence vote at the report stage on February 4th, 2008. Finally, it went to a recorded vote at Third Reading on February 6th, 2008, where it passed 197-71, with ten members being paired.
The most notable difference between the vote at Second Reading and the latter two is that the Bloc Quebecois withdrew its support.
