Summary

This bill re-writes a few paragraphs of the CEP Act to add definition to the exceptions on people that can transport or have un-approved fuels (in small quantities). This includes "fuel that is in transit through Canada from a place outside Canada to another place outside Canada".

This bill also sets out a periodic review of bio-fuels' economic and environmental impact, and mandates that biofuel will comprise 5% of gasoline by 2010.
