Summary

This bill allows a voter to prove his or her residence with ID that doesn't actually have an address on it, provided that the address on the piece of ID is consistent with information related to the elector that appears on the list of electors.

The media had a field day with this bill, citing it could leave up to a million people (homeless, transient, from more remote areas, et cetera) without a vote. Check out the commentary from the Legislative Summary.
